Overall experience in the industry is 19 years. Of this time 16.5 was spent as a flooring installation contractor. The last 2.5 years have been with Aflor.
Installation experience ranges from small domestic installations to large-scale commercial projects. I specialised in the industry sectors of health and aged care.
The pinnacle of running my contracting business was working with Transport NSW and being involved in the replacement of carpet flooring and vinyl in over 450 train carriages as part of multiple refurbishment projects. These projects allowed me to learn contract negotiation and project management skills.
